On registering this MeART workshop(s), you agree to the following:
Arrival
Arrive 10-15 minutes early so that we can get started promptly.
For workshops with carabiners, they MUST be rated for climbing
We will not permit for late entry to avoid any disruption to other participants
You must bring your own rope
Please present a copy of your photo ID that matches the name listed in your online registration for confirmation.
No shoes on the matts, no food or drink (except bottle waters) on the matts.
Social media & Photography
You are permitted to take pictures and record videos of the instruction provided in the class; however, this is for personal use only and cannot be uploaded onto social media.
Do not take any photos of anyone in attendance without consent.
Do not post photos without the consent of EVERYONE in the photo.
Content taught by Hajime Kinoko is strictly for personal use. Do not teach or use it for business or profit
Cancellation by participant
We will review whether the substitute meets our workshop criteria. If accepted, MeART will not issue a refund; you and the substitute must handle any reimbursement or compensation yourselves.
If you cannot find a substitute, MeART will check the waitlist. If someone from the waitlist takes your spot, we will refund your entire booking amount. Refer to the 'Refunds' section
Cancellation by MeART
In the event the workshop is cancelled for reasons beyond our reasonable control, MeART will issue a refund for the total amount of your booking. Please read the "Refunds" section.
In case MeART needs to postpone the workshop to a later date, your booking will automatically be transferred to this new date. If you are unable to attend on this date, MeART will issue a refund for the total amount of your booking. *read section “Refunds”
Refund
Refunds will be made for the full amount of your booking, less any administrative, booking and transaction fees.
Refunds can only be made to your original payment method. We cannot issue refunds to alternative accounts or payment methods.
MeART shall not be liable for any costs or losses resulting from changes or cancellation of an event or workshop
Terms and Condition
MeART will check ID on entry and can refuse admission if it doesn't match the booking or 18+ age limit. No refunds for refused entry.
Due to high interest and limited space availability. Successful enrolment is based on payment received. A payment link for successful enrolment will be sent within 24 hours. Upon payment confirmation, your workshop confirmation will be sent to you.
Payment not settle within in 24 hours will be released and space will be offered to those on our waitlist.
It's your responsibility to ensure your fellow participant (rope bottom) has all the necessary information to attend the workshop.
The MeART accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to individuals or personal property.
You will agree to signing a liability waiver for injury.
I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Any activities undertaken or organised by MeART and held at Tsunagu Studio are done so at your own risk; therefore, any result of such activities is your responsibility.
I am voluntarily joining a MeART workshop. I understand that Shibari is physically demanding and may cause injury. I confirm that I'm fit and have no medical conditions preventing full participation, acknowledging the risks involved.
Any monetary or material loss resulting from activities performed at a MeART workhop or under the instruction of the artist is your responsibility, and no one else will be held accountable.
I have read, understood and accepted all items displayed in the MeART terms and conditions on the website at the time of booking.
I agree that I am responsible for my own safety (and the safety of my possessions) whilst undertaking the activities offered in the workshop.
I acknowledge the inherent risks, including injury or death, in activities undertaken at MeART or learnt at Tsunagu studio. I participate at my own risk and waive all legal rights against MeART, Tsunagu studio its directors, and instructors for any loss, damages, or injuries arising from my participation. This waiver covers all forms of liability, including negligence, breach of duty, and breach of contract.
I confirm that I assume the risk of, and responsibility for, any injury resulting from my participation in these activities. I participate in activities at my sole risk and responsibility and release, indemnify and hold harmless MeART.
