1.Bookings and Payment
1.1 Bookings can be made directly on our website www.meart.art
1.2 Payment for bookings made through our website will be made online via the processing system provided by BBMSL (collectively known as “payment gateway providers”), and such online transactions will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway provider. Transactions made with your credit card will appear as “MeART Limited .”
1.3 Unless holding a prebook package tour with MeART inclusive of an entry ticket all other tours do not include the entry ticket price to Art Basel Hong Kong in 2025. Therefore, please make sure you have a valid ticket that matches both the date and entry time of the show.
1.4 Tours booked are non-refundable.
1.5 If you wish to modify the timing of your tour, please let us know via vip@meart.art at least one week in advance so that we can do our best to accommodate your request. However, please note that any changes are subject to availability.
1.6 Tours will commence at the scheduled time to ensure minimal disruption to other participants of the tour.
1.7 Children aged 12 or above (as of the tour start date) would be required to pay for a full tour price.
2.During the tour
2.1 Tours will commence at the scheduled time to minimize disruption to other participants. We may offer an alternative slot on the same day, depending on tour availability.
2.2 During the tour, we kindly ask that you refrain from touching any of the artwork and exhibits on the show floor.
2.3 We recommend that all visitors participating in our tour review the “Rules for Visitors” policy on the Art Basel website (https://www.artbasel.com/hong-kong/articles/rules-for-visitors).
YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We respect your Personal Data and shall deal with it in accordance with our Privacy Statement and applicable Hong Kong Data Protection legislation in place from time to time.
Kinds of personal data collected
The kinds of personal data we may collect from you and/or from other sources as mentioned below in this Statement include your title, name, age range, contact details, e-mail address, mailing for the purpose of this events registration.
We cannot use or provide your personal data for direct marketing purposes and/or provide your personal data to third parties (whether to our Service Appointer and/or our Affiliates and/or our Marketing Partners) for their direct marketing purposes unless you consent. Even if you give your consent, you can opt out of direct marketing – at any time (or you may request that we cease to provide your personal data to third parties, at which point we will cease to do so), free of charge, by emailing vip@meart.art
