1.Bookings and Payment
1.1 Bookings can be made directly on our website www.meart.art
1.2 Payment for bookings made through our website will be made online via the processing system provided by BBMSL (collectively known as “payment gateway providers”), and such online transactions will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway provider. Transactions made with your credit card will appear as “MeART Limited.”
1.3 Performance booked are non-refundable.
1.4 The performance will start on time. We request that you arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may be denied entry until the start of the next artist’s performance.
1.5 Early Bird rate is valid until November 5th from November 6th regular ticket rates will apply.
1.6 MeART shall not be liable for any costs or losses resulting from changes or cancellation of this event.
1.7 The venue is a covered open space that may be affected by the weather. As this is beyond our control, we will not be able to offer refunds.
1.8 We reserve the right to refuse entry and will not accept inappropriate behaviour at our event that will cause harm to others.  

YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We respect your Personal Data and shall deal with it in accordance with our Privacy Statement and applicable Hong Kong Data Protection legislation in place from time to time.

Kinds of personal data collected
The kinds of personal data we may collect from you and/or from other sources as mentioned below in this Statement include your title, name, age range, contact details, e-mail address, mailing for the purpose of this events registration.

We cannot use or provide your personal data for direct marketing purposes and/or provide your personal data to third parties (whether to our Service Appointer and/or our Affiliates and/or our Marketing Partners) for their direct marketing purposes unless you consent. Even if you give your consent, you can opt out of direct marketing – at any time (or you may request that we cease to provide your personal data to third parties, at which point we will cease to do so), free of charge, by emailing vip@meart.art

Your rights
Apart from your right to opt out of direct marketing as mentioned above, you have the following additional rights to:

• access your personal data held by us;
